Mark I was so surprised how that 4 year packed grease just literally melted away. I sprayed it all heavily and then went back to the bad areas again and as I sprayed the grease just disappeared.
It made that job so easy the hardest part was moving tables and chairs. Looks like I will need some more pretty soon. Only one jar left.

I hope that franchise is better to you than the franchise I Serviced over here several years ago. I cleaned 3 of them over here and I fired them

I have a Marie Callender's coming up soon. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in a year. The grease is horrible. It should be a lot of fun. When I did the walk through my feet were sticking to the floor.

4 scoops of code red in the hydroforce mixed hot. Didn't scrub any of it. The grout near the carpet was spitting out chunks of grease from the over spray. I may bid on that too.

They are good to me. I use to get two free pizzas too but that manager moved on.

I've had issues over the years with getting paid timely but now its usually a couple weeks.

They seem to really appreciate the work we do. That's why I got the call for this one. And they don't complain about the price.

I don't believe that pricing unless you are the only cleaner in town.
Or you live in kalifornica

I can take a pic of the invoice and the check when I get them if you like?

They didn't even flinch when I told them. I felt I wasn't high enough.

They are only worth $90 around here.

Steve tell us all of the multiple steps you use to justify that price.

8 or 10 steps?

Do you prevacuum?
Pre agitate?

Any kind of post inspection?

Do you come back the next day to inspect it again?

The local pizza hut called after cleaning them. I thought there was a problem. They asked if I would travel to the other location. I told them it would take several days before I had the chance.
I looked at it and gave my price. No measuring. They called the next day and scheduled it.

I mixed up the code red and soaked the whole thing then Genny started moving things as I cleaned.

No vac no scrub no bonnets just me the WM and my bane wand.

No calls from them so I assume they are happy.

Waiting on the check.
