Since your equipment NEVER fails, why would you need a back up.

And they start at $20,000 and go up and up in price?

And I can take a 175 for $1000 and accomplish the same results all day long!

and wring it out and get another one, but I assure you, and you know if you're honest, you're not removing what a tm can. Put a crb, or a bonnet pre and post with the tm, if need be and you've got a killer combo.

If it's being done right?

VLM, will and can extract more soil then a TM with 3 Soak passes and 3 suck passes.[Anything more you're making mud}

VLM can keep applying a light pre-spray and keep extracting as long as it takes to get the job done right.

With out making mud.

I just got back from a small 2 bedrooms and one of them, I did just that, turned out Great!!!

That is my Honest opinion...

My point about the pad is you can vlm cgd, carpet tile that is laying on
cement to help reduce wicking and get that carpet clean using low moisture methods. Hey, the Encapstore has chems for residential carpet cleaning, and so be. I wouldn't do it, but I don't do much residential anyway.

There is my Dirty Water Tank

That dirty water in my washing machine looks just like the dirty water that comes out of a TM dirty water tank

It looks exactly the same as the dirty water that used to come out of my TM

When you put your used bonnets into clean water in your washing machine and the water turns BLACK you know VLM works

By the way, my tm and van is paid for, and the one in my trailer is too and been for a long time. Don't cost me much. They're small since that's not my thing. The van works as a trailer puller for other things more than anything, but it just happens to have a truckmount in it. Cost isn't a big thing to me.

I use a OP CRB and WORX Sprayer and you use a 175 and I think Electric Sprayer but we both get the same results

Cleaner Drier Carpet and Very HAPPY Customers

And HUGE Profits


The KEY to our success is LESS water

You don't need a lot of water to clean carpet

You just need enough water to loosen dirt that's attached to the carpet fiber and keep in suspension until it's absorbed extracted removed

The more water you use the more problems you can have and will have


The Number One question I get is how long will it take for my carpets to dry

MOST customers don't care how you clean their carpet but they DO CARE how long will it take for the carpets to dry


WATER is your FRIEND and your ENEMY

Oxy-Dry uses that quote a lot and it's so TRUE

90% is alot different , it's considered junk silver and it falls into the same spot category as old jewelry and sterling silverware. My guy doesn't buy that stuff. But .999 coins,rounds and small bars(up to 1kg(1000g) ) is not a problem my guy wants1.25 under spot for 100oz bars and won't accept anything larger

I didn't figure it out until I switched to 100% VLM

You gotta work at it and learn how to clean carpet all over again

I started experimenting with VLM in 2012 because VLM just made sense to me

But for many years I only did 5-10 VLM jobs a year using VLM so I never really figured it out until the 100% switch to VLM
