Richard Chavez is "Desk Jockey". Taco is a nickname that Marty has given him. Its one of many examples of his (Marty's) sensitive, politically correct, and enlightened nature.

Marty is "Hogjowl". He is smarter than his "redneck personae", and you'll often note him taking issue with bad grammar, with posts that haven't (in his view) much value, and with people who annoy him (most of us). If he calls you "idiot", it means you've become accepted into his circle. That might not be desirable, but there you are.

I hope that helps clear a little bit of it up.
