My hydro-force sprayer isn't drawing up any chemical. What would cause this? Is there any thing that needs to be replaced or rebuilt?
Thanks.

There is a rebuild kit you can get....however it did nothing for my revolution. I now use a battery multisprayer. Call up your supplier they should be able to get it for you. Good luck!!!

Could be any one of a few different things. First have you check the screen on the end of the draw tube? Have you cleaned the filter screen in the handle in the last few months? Some presprays will build up a flim inside the tube or clog the screw in tip. Have you recently increased your cleaning temps to the point of vaporization? These are the first things that come to mind. Hope it helps.

if its the revolution model, throw it away and get the regular model, most people on this board that bad mouth the HF spayer never used the regular model, I don't know what your problem is because to be honest in 13 years I have never seen a problem internally with a HF sprayer

You are probably one of those guys that actually rinse out your jug and run clean water or white vinegar through it from time to time aren't you?

nope I have never once did that, infact I haven't cleaned a whole lot of carpets lately, the juice in my HF has been sitting in there for 2 weeks, yet it still will fire up and work great, I also maintained a 6 unit fleet of machines that chimps ran, in texas, never a fail to draw on ANY of the HF sprayers, broken trigger guns, and maybe a brass quick connect or a couple times a new hose to the trigger gun, of course once a year or so you need to clean out the tiny filter that is just ahead of the male QC fitting, other than that flawless operation

It could be any thing from a draw tube hose, The big blue hose, Spring, ball, etc. Look in the Interlink Supply catalog on pages 182, 184. It has a break down of parts and a troubleshooting section.

Here is a parts diagram, assuming it's the original hydro force, not the adjustable Revolution. If the latter, send to Hillary's or Obama's campaign and write the thing off as contribution. See if the draw tube forms a good seal on the suction nut, unscrew the suction nut and watch the little ball fly out and roll under your truck, see if the spring has crap clogging it. Not too hard to diagnose the problem.

it's the original.
The screen on the draw tube was pretty dirty. I will check out the other suggestions. Thanks
